My Project
My students spend most of their time indoors, either in front of a TV or a phone or a video game. They love to go outside when they're at school and they forget they're supposed to be "cool" middle schoolers. It's my goal to get them outside and have them remember they're kids.
You can't work with what you don't have.
These kids would love to be able to run around and play games with their friends after school while learning lifelong fitness skills and habits.
My kids will be able to participate in fitness games, strength training, and cardiovascular activities. They will learn a variety of ways to reach individual fitness goals.
