My Project

I have seven groups of about thirty students each that are made up of squirrely kiddos! One of the best and most positive ways I manage student behavior is through prizes.

I've chosen prizes that are useful for students as many of my kiddos come from homes where they don't even have their basic needs met.

By emphasizing positive choices through recognition, students get noticed for what they're doing right, rather than what they're doing wrong. This naturally increases positive behaviors and makes the class a happier place.

During the week, students earn prize tickets that they use to buy prizes at a class auction. The prizes I'm asking for are a popular choice for everyone. They love it. I love it. It's always a pleasure.
