This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Providing incentives is important because it motivates students to engage more actively in their learning.

Incentives can encourage positive behavior, reinforce good study habits, and build self-confidence.

They help create a fun and goal-oriented classroom environment where students feel recognized and valued for their efforts. When used effectively, incentives can promote perseverance, focus, and a growth mindset. They also help in setting clear expectations and rewarding progress, which boosts morale and encourages continued achievement. Ultimately, fun incentives such as stickers, sweets, scented markers, and fidgets support both academic success and personal development in students.
