it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Positive reinforcement is a key aspect of my success in the classroom. My raffle system incentivizes positive student behavior and engagement, like coming to class and being on time, participating, answering questions, and asking questions. It is a wonderful way to let all students know I see them, I see how hard they are working, I know they are choosing this behavior and that's not always easy, and appreciate them.
In my 15 years of experience, weekly raffles have been the most successful way of creating a positive classroom environment.
