My Project

My students are working towards being independent, responsible, and caring students in our school. At our school, we do a weekly drawing for Eagle tickets but it only rewards one student from our class. My students often lose sight of the end of the week and have difficulties keeping it together to earn tickets throughout the week.

With these prizes from this treasure box, I would be able to do more drawings to keep students engaged in doing the right thing all the time.

I know that eventually we want our students to do these behaviors without prizes, but because of the adverse childhood events that happen to many of my students, independently doing the right things is not appropriate for them at this time. With your donation, I will be able help students develop readiness skills by constant rewards and positive praise.
