This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Incentives are important for my 3rd graders because they help motivate them to do their best. Working hard and getting a reward makes them feel proud and encourages them to keep trying. Incentives will make learning and working fun and can help them achieve their goals. Incentives also help us stay focused and remember to do things we need to do. When they earn rewards it teaches them that hard work can lead to something great, and that makes students feel happy and successful. These rewards will help my student achieve the success they deserve.
