This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

In my classroom, there are many opportunities for my students to receive a sticker compliment and add it to their incentive chart. These stickers can then be redeemed for a prize. The students are encouraged to read nightly and are given prizes for completing a certain number of books per month.

I would love to give my students pop fidget toys and fidget bracelets as prizes to help motivate them and keep them reading nightly.

The kids all love pop fidget toys and I think it would motivate them to read and work hard to receive a sticker on their chart.
