My Project

As the Dean/Teacher in my school I am tasked with implementing a Positive Behavioral Reward System. We have implemented a token based economy in which students are rewarded for modifying their behavior to align with school wide policies. Additionally, we use the incentives to improve attendance and work ethic.

The candy, Takis, Twix, and fidget toys will all be used in our prize bin as we recognize the growth of students and they are celebrated at the end of each month.

Students have benefitted from this program since its inception and continue to grow exponentially.
