My Students
My students come from various socio-economic, race, religious, and cultural backgrounds. They are bright-eyed and excited about learning. My students love learning and engaging in meaningful activities.
Our classroom fosters a love for learning through different experiences.
Many students do not have the background knowledge that you would expect a child their age to have. I try to provide students with experiences that will impact their lives not only while they are in my classroom but, that they can take with them throughout their lives.
My Project
Having privacy folders accessible within the classroom will benefit students in more than one way. Students will be able to use these privacy folders during assessments but also they will be able to use them when they just need their own space. With all the hustle during the school day, sometimes students may just need to retreat to themselves for a bit. These privacy folders will allow just that. Also, students will be able to clip helpful reminders to the inside of the folders. Having a storage unit specific to the folders will help maximize the small space that we have within the classroom.
