My Project
Being in a class of 31 students can be very overwhleming- especially if you have a lot of thinking that needs to be done. Often times, kids get distracted by what is going on around them and can't concentrate on the task at hand.
Privacy boards provide students the opportunity to focus and concentrate on their assignments.
It gives them the privacy they may need to complete a task in a timely fashion without seeing the distractions that may be around them. Student work is improved when they are able to focus on the given task.
As a teacher, knowing a student has done their own work (as opposed to copying their neighbor) is invaluable. It helps me know who has gotten the concept/topic taught and who needs additional support. Privacy boards help me know that each student's work is authentic.
