My Project

Mental health is particularly important for high school students, as this period is marked by significant social, emotional, and academic changes. Good mental health supports focus, motivation, and cognitive function, which are essential for learning and achieving academic goals. Anxiety and depression can hinder concentration and memory.

Adolescence can be a challenging time, marked by identity exploration and emotional upheaval.

Maintaining mental health helps students develop resilience, enabling them to cope with stress and setbacks. Prioritizing mental health in high schools helps create a supportive learning environment that fosters personal and academic growth. The requested snacks will serve as a simple way to reduce stress and provide a moment of respite during the school day.
