This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
In my classroom, I expose my children to all subjects through a variety of mediums. I create a climate that is caring and student centered. I try to ensure that my students leave the classroom everyday with not only strong minds but a strong character too.
My students are a diverse group coming from all walks of life with different personalities, talents, and learning styles.
They love enriching their learning with hands on experiences both independently as well as in groups.
This project will help ensure that our students receive quality learning experiences by making sure that our teachers can access the resources that they desperately need! By allowing us to print for our students, we can give them daily practice through homework. We can communicate with our parents through newsletters and special events information. Finally, we can make sure that our students are able to participate in engaging centers and classwork EVERY day!
Due to the fact that our funds have decreased and teachers cannot afford to pay for these expensive costs out of our own pockets, we are counting on our friends and family to help make sure that our students succeed.
At this point, we are limited to no textbooks so our printable resources are the only way to instruct our classes.
