Help me give my students a view of themselves in color! We need color signs for the hallway as well as a Pride Board, which the color pictures of the panther pride winners!
Our elementary school is a diverse school in an urban community that serves students from many backgrounds. Each child brings with him or her unique strengths and needs. They are inquisitive and enthusiastic, and come to school ready to learn every day!
Our Climate and Culture Committee has been working on ways to motivate students to show their Panther Pride around the building.
One way the students can be recognized for their pride is to win the Friday raffle. Students can be given Panther tickets to enter the raffle when they help one another, or do something extraordinary that reflects our school values. (Positive attitude, Responsibility, Integrity, Determination, Excellence) We would like to put these winners faces up on a wall of Pride in our school. A color printer would be extremely helpful with this endeavor.
We would also like to make hallway signage in color helping students to remember our school values, and take care of one another, and our space. This would be made much more eye catching with the use of a color printer.
