Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Our middle school speech therapy students are resilient, hardworking, and eager to improve their communication skills despite facing significant challenges. As a Title I school, many of our students come from under-resourced households and benefit from individualized support to succeed academically and socially.
We are requesting a Brother DCP-L2640DW Multi-Function Printer to create personalized, hands-on resources such as writing activities, communication boards, and progress-tracking tools.
These materials will directly address students’ unique needs and provide engaging ways to build essential language and writing skills.
This printer will make a difference by allowing us to produce high-quality resources quickly and efficiently. Without a printer, it’s challenging to prepare materials that meet our students' learning goals, such as improving sentence structure, expanding vocabulary, and organizing written thoughts.
Our goal is to equip every student with the tools and confidence they need to express themselves clearly and effectively, preparing them for success in school and life. With your support, we can provide these students the opportunities they deserve.
