Our middle school is made up of about one thousand students. Our student body is composed of a mix of races and socioeconomic backgrounds. We are only miles away from an Air Force base so we have a large military population. Our school, teachers, and students work hard each day. The school has received many awards.
I teach about one hundred eighth-graders.
My classes include kids in Special Education and those with learning disabilities. Each day, my students work so hard and always keep positive attitudes as they strive to grow!
My Project
As a teacher, I try to stay tuned into the pulse of my students. My lesson plans and the way in which I have planned on teaching can change on a moments notice for many different reasons. Sometimes it is essential that I have the ability to print new worksheets or activities on the spot to accommodate these changes. Not having a classroom printer makes this necessity impossible.
In my classroom we will use a classroom printer to print worksheets that are needed for in the moment learning and better understanding.
Having a printer that is cost efficient to maintain, will be extremely helpful as I create an environment that is highly effective and engaging for all students.
