My Students
My students are clever and very intelligent. They love to express themselves in many different ways.
My students come from a variety of backgrounds and cultures that makes interacting with them exciting and unique.
No two people are the same, and the same can be said about my class. My students are learning to express themselves in new ways.
Our children and students now live in a digital age where they can interact with technology on levels that we can only imagine.
My Project
I am asking for a 3D printer for my students. Many of my students are interested in technology and what they can learn and do with it. My students require a highly engaging and hands-on approach to learning new material.
Many of my students are very artistic and would love to literally see their ideas become more than a sketch on a piece of paper.
Think about when we look at something, the first thing we think about is how it is made. We start to deconstruct it in our minds and try to understand how it is made and what it is made from.
My students would be able to use this hands-on approach and benefit from being able to tinker and create. A 3D printer would also promote problem-solving and critical thinking. By requiring the students to carefully plan out a build and a print, they will be very engaged in the learning process.
