Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The materials in this project will help provide me all the materials to create a successful year for students and their families.
Students need items printed such as activities, family flyers and letters, reports, labels, project details, and many more endless items throughout each day.
To be able to have access to a printer in my own classroom will help make a "day in the life of a teacher" much smoother with access instantly to resources. This will also allow me to also be able to stay in communication with families. Many of these families do not have access to technology that a lot of us are used to, so I like to make sure they are all informed and included with any opportunities for their children, whether it be classroom or school events.
I personally buy folders and notebooks for my students each year so the labels will help me prep these items for the first day of school and for any materials I will be making for Meet the Teacher and Open House. My students, families, and I would be highly appreciated of having this printer in our classroom.
