This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Printing in our STEM lab would be really beneficial for students' productivity. Many times in Makerspace, students follow the Engineering Design Process. Students typically use their iPad to plan their ideas. Many students ask for a paper version of their plan for comparison. This All-in-One Printer will do that for them.
Learners have several STEM challenges throughout the year where printing would be useful.
One project we do is an environmental PSA for an endangered species where students create a commercial and flyer promoting their species. Posters are usually hand drawn but I would love to introduce some kind of digital platform. All material will be used throughout the year with grades Pre-Kinder-5th.
