My Project
What I love about my students is that they are multilingual learners and are proud of their cultures. One of them often tells me about their family in Guatemala. Ink cartridges will help me print visuals in color that will provide windows and mirrors for our classroom environment. Whether it's a visual I research and find or something a student makes. For example, in grad school we looked at a Gender Inclusive Toolkit that had visuals celebrating the LGBTQIA+ community. A lot of them were in color. It would be great to have a color cartridge to print these. Students will be able to look around the classroom and experience windows and mirrors to identities within the school community, local community, around the world, and more.
