My students range from ESL to gifted. They need the opportunity to take advantage of the newest technology. I would love to be able to have them research in the classroom instead of having to do everything on their own. I teach Math and Science to over 100 students and with the new NGSS standards on the horizon, research is going to be vital to our classroom.
My students are motivated and want to use as much technology as we can get our hands on!
Some new technology will help with the research and the assessments that we have to give during the year. With so much of our lessons going digital, the more computers we have to work with the better!
My Project
A color printer that also scans would be a great help in my class. Students are always asking me to print out something they need for class! It is also nice to be able to print out something they do digitally to put up on the bulletin boards in my classroom.
Printing and scanning parts of my lessons will be helpful to the students.
There are parts of my science lessons that would be helpful if they were printed in color for the class to have in their notes and for different science stations throughout the year.
It would be great to be able to scan the color-coded math notes we take in class for the students who need some extra help with notes, and those that may be absent. Since we are going digital on a lot of things in the coming year, it would be really nice to be able to scan my current notebooks so I can electronically send the notes to the students as well!
