Printing and Publishing the Works of Elementary Einsteins
My students need this HP multifunction printer and cartridges for a variety of reasons including: to publish projects, print out supplemental texts, and as as a route to place meaningful resources in students' hands.
I have a class that is full of mathematicians and scientists. The students in my class have abilities that will make them the "Einsteins" of our future. They come from diverse backgrounds and have varying abilities, but they all have the potential to make their mark on this great planet! My students and I live in a rural area in Northwest Florida where farming and flying go hand in hand because we have both military bases and farms located within our community.
We are a Title 1 School, in rural Florida, and just like our hometown heroes, The Navy's Blue Angels, we work hard and "fly" fast in our classroom.
Although we are a small town, we have an extraordinary amount of pride and patriotism and it shows each and every day. I want my students to use collaboration, communication, critical thinking, and creativity throughout our day and to take ownership in their education!
My Project
Our class needs refill ink cartridges for a variety of reasons including: to publish projects, print out supplemental texts, and as a means to place meaningful resources in students' hands. We will also use the refills to print out resources for math and science, like graphs, tables, station directions, manipulative, and content-area texts. We have a real need for this printer.
Students love to see their work published, and it promotes a sense of pride in their work efforts.
We are currently using a HP Deskjet colored printer and although it has done an outstanding job, it is on its last leg and desperately needs to be retired.
