Help me give my students get a printer with ink for their specialized worksheets in the classroom.
FULLY FUNDED! Ms. Sessa's classroom raised $251
This project is fully funded
My Students
My students come from a low-income population with all different special needs. Each student has different wants and needs. They struggle with communication and socialization skills. My students have all different kinds of disabilities, and they each need different things to achieve their daily goals.
My students have strong and vibrant personalities, and even though they may have special needs, they want to be like their friends.
Each one of their personalities can brighten your day. They do not let their needs and wants get in the way of their smiles.
My Project
We need to buy a lot of our own materials. It can be hard on me financially and can affect the students' individualized needs.
Most funding was cut this year to save jobs, so there are no new materials for the classrooms.
That means no ink for the one printer we share in the school. The printer in the school never has ink so it doesn't work. This new printer will help make a curriculum and help me keep in contact with my students. A new printer in the classroom will help with so much more than just printing out worksheets.
More than half of students from low‑income households
Data about students' economic need comes from the National Center for Education Statistics, via our partners at MDR Education. Learn more
