This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
Our class is filled with student work and pictures, making our room inviting and inspiring.
I teach a wonderful group of first graders.
My students attend a magnet school. They are enthusiastic scholars who are always ready to learn and put their best foot forward. I try to help them try their best by displaying their best work in our classroom.
My Project
We need a new classroom printer. Recently, our classroom printer broke. I've tried to repair it but it just hasn't worked out. It has been difficult to continue to print pictures of students, homework pages, and other important documents. I've had to ask other teachers to borrow their printers but it has made these tasks more difficult and less convenient. We print student assignments, pictures, and pretty soon students will be writing their own folk tales. We really need a printer so they can print out their stories when they are ready to publish.
I'd love to have a printer available to our class again.
We've now been without a printer for about 2 weeks. We appreciate your consideration in helping us get a printer back in our class.
