Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
I teach 23 full of life preschoolers. They come from a low socioeconomic background. All of my students receive free lunch and supper afterschool to take home. Many families struggle to meet their basic needs.
Every single student contributes in a unique way to our classroom.
They enjoy participating in class where they get to share their experiences and emotions.
My Project
Printing activities can facilitate the usage of using them over and over again, when put in a laminating pouch. A classroom printer will also allow me to print visual aids and assignments.
Since most of my students are English Learners having a color printer will allow me to print vocabulary words with colorful pictures to enhanced their English skills.
A printer will also facilitate the process of keeping parents informed of classroom events and student accomplishments. Parents will be notified about topics and skills being addressed. Parents will also receive information such as conferences and award ceremonies.
