This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Students
My school services 384 students from pre-k through 8th grade. We are a low-income inner-city school. As the librarian, I service all grades and the library is an essential resource for my students. We are always looking for great literature to read while in the library.
My students love to complete various projects and engaging activities.
My students are eager to learn and enthusiastic readers. The students rely on our school library to check out high-quality books. They are especially excited about reading in our school. The books are so important to my students and are truly valued.
My Project
Being a librarian, I see all of the students in the building. On an average day, I see 120 students. I use these printers on a daily basis. I print out resources that will assist my students in their learning.
I want to provide all of my students with the resources they need and printer ink is very expensive.
We do a lot of fun projects based on several novels, which require me to use a lot of ink. These HP ink cartridges will cover the remainder of the school year and help to keep us engaged and motivated in learning.
