My Project

Bridging language and technology is essential for student success, especially for English learners exploring STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math). My students are eager to express their creativity, document their learning, and engage with hands-on projects, but limited resources often stand in the way. A reliable printer will allow them to bring their ideas to life—whether it’s printing research materials, interactive worksheets, or visuals that support language development. This essential tool will help make learning more accessible, engaging, and meaningful, especially as they prepare for the English Language Proficiency Assessments for California (ELPAC), which measures their progress in English skills.

With a printer in our classroom, my students can better connect their language learning with STEAM activities.

They will be able to print and annotate articles, create visual presentations, and develop projects that blend science and storytelling. Additionally, this resource will support ELPAC preparation by allowing students to work with practice materials, reading passages, and test-taking strategies in a more interactive way. It will also support differentiated instruction, ensuring each student gets the materials they need in a format that helps them succeed.
