Help me give my students a Canon printer with color ink! My students love to print out their projects and seeing them in full color makes the project more official for them.
The school's neighborhood is diverse linguistically, culturally and socioeconomically. Some of the languages these students speak at home are Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic, Vietnamese, and Cape Verdean Creole. Our school is a large K-8 school in the district.
My students are AMAZING!
They are unique, individual, and represent the very diverse city of Boston. I see three fifth grade classes for math every day. My students attend a low-income, urban school, where all students qualify for free meals.
A significant number of my students come to school daily bearing a weight that some adults don't have to worry about; yet they still come eager and ready to learn.
My Project
In a time of budget cuts, having a fully functioning color printer is a luxury. We share our printer with classrooms all over the building, meaning both ink and paper run out quickly! Having our own classroom printer would help alleviate some of those issues.
We need a Canon wireless printer and ink so that we can print our assignments and homework.
Easy access to a printer in our classroom will make life easier. Students can have access whenever they need to print out their projects. The printer will be used to print out wonderful learning activities for each and every student.
