I am so grateful to begin another exciting school year at our elementary school. We are a Title I school district, meaning there is a high economic need in our community.
Our theme is learning is sweet, and we are having fun with this theme preparing our classrooms for our little superstars this school year.
Our school is unique because of our diverse staff and student body. Our school district can best be described as one happy family. Thirty-three languages are spoken throughout the district. My students are special because they are immersed in an environment where we teach them academics and how to embrace the diverse student body.
Learning is happening all over our school. In the classroom, students are learning required content; however, outside the classroom, students have art, physical education, and music. The students have opportunities to see the ballet, visit the animals at the zoo, attend heritage assemblies, etc. I always say there is never a dull moment at our school and the students enjoy their time here.
Being a kindergarten teacher, I love to print the majority of my resources in color for my students. Printing in color for students is very expensive.
I purchase a lot of my resources from Teachers Pay Teachers, and I would love to be able to print them in class when I need them instead of going to the office supply store every time I need color print jobs.
Having the HP ENVY Photo 7855 All-In-One Photo Printer with Wireless and Mobile Printing, Instant Ink Ready printer in my classroom would without a doubt save me money and time because I can have what I need when I am in small group at the table. I can print specific assignments based on the need of the student instantly. Additionally, I can print educational resources for my literacy and social studies workstations.
I would be very grateful to have my project funded. Thank you for supporting our students and classroom!
