it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I am a fourth grade teacher in a low-income Title 1 community school with 60 students who need a classroom printer to access essential learning materials. Many of my students do not have printers or reliable internet at home, so printed worksheets and resources are critical for their success.
A printer in my classroom will allow me to provide important ELA materials like reading passages, writing prompts, and test prep worksheets tailored to their needs.
These printed resources help students engage more deeply with the curriculum, practice skills independently, and prepare for upcoming assessments.
Without a printer, I must rely on limited copies and digital materials that many students cannot access outside of school. Having a printer will ensure every student can have hands-on practice and review materials at their own pace, which is vital for building reading comprehension and writing skills.
