Pretend Play Is Real Play

Help me give my students some pretend play items like multicultural puppets, a dentist kit, and food sets.

My Project

Play is an important part of a child's development. Play teaches things like problem solving, conflict resolution, communication, and so much more.

Students with developmental delays due to Autism, cognitive deficits, and speech delays especially benefit from play time in school.

Having a pretend play center is so important for their educational progress, which is why I am asking for these pretend play items.

My students have been rockin' the academics this year and have made so much growth. Now we need to focus on their social skills. Play is the best way to focus on these skills. I will be able to teach them how to wait their turn, share the items, and use their imaginations to reach new heights. Your donation can help them soar.
