My Students

My students are very eager to learn and engage in their work throughout the school year. This school year, I am blessed to have a group of 25 higher level students who are in my classroom for half of the day, building and strengthening their reading and writing skills. My students are inquisitive, engaged in their own learning, and compassionate.

In my classroom, it is my goal to make their experience fun, engaging, and a safe atmosphere for my students to come and learn and grow.

My students look to me to provide them with this, as this is not always the environment they return home to each night. It is my hope that through this project I will be able to continue to do just that. By providing my students with different opportunities to learn, I am creating an environment that will help them want to become lifelong learners.

My Project

In my classroom I have many binders full of learning activities for my students. I have binders with word work activities, binders with math games, binders with writing prompts, and so much more. I have taken hours upon hours of my time putting these activities together, and it is my hope that they can be used for many years to come.

Page protectors and laminating sheets can preserve our learning centers and activities for many years.

My students absolutely love using these materials, and I want to be able to let them continue to use them without worrying about them becoming worn. With these materials my students will be able to get their hands on these learning tools on a daily basis not just now, but for years to come.
