Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

Currently, my students only have one roll of white 3D filament to work with, and this project is focused on giving my students a few new colors to work with, along with a vacuum sealer to preserve the 3D filament.

3D printer filaments becomes brittle with exposure to air, and eventually becomes unusable.

A vacuum sealer helps to preserve 3D printer filament when not in use. Having a vacuum sealer will ensure that the little filament that we have to work with stays in its best condition.

The new filament colors that this project adds will allow my students to print out projects that they find more visually appealing, and that will better showcase their creative skills.
