Preschool\High School Lab Community

Help me give my students a portable sink and storage for their collaborative preschool\high school lab!

My Project

In our high school, we have the most diverse student population in Illinois. We are lucky enough to have a preschool lab experience, where our high school students interested in careers involving children and families get to work in our lab setting with preschoolers, ages 3-5.

We strive to collaborate, build community, and put equity at the forefront of all we do, both with our high school students and our preschoolers.

Preschoolers come to us as family members of faculty and community members and we work together to prepare them for kindergarten and beyond. We are looking to replace a broken portable sink, as we do not have access to a sink for handwashing in our lab currently. We also have several storage places for supplies that need to be replaced with sturdy options.
