This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My preschool students are curious three-year-olds who have a creative imagination and lots of questions. They enjoy playing in the dramatic play area and need dress-up trunks to pretend to be their parents, grandparents, doctors, police officers, or superheroes. My students find it challenging to separate from their parents. They need to feel a sense of belonging by providing real-world scenarios to help students learn to role play and explore their creativity while being themselves in their preschool environment.

Role-playing is vital for my preschoolers, which embraces language and social and emotional development.

Preschool children also learn valuable lifelong skills such as independence And social skills. Playing is a child's way of learning.
