My Project
My students love to explore art with many different materials. Providing them with paint sticks and more easel paper will give them many opportunities to create. New playdough and modeling magic along with new texture rollers will give them new tools to design and create crafts to use with counting, recognizing letters, retelling a story, or just imagining that they are making a pizza or snowball.
These new materials will allow them the opportunity to think symbolically and describe their different art projects.
I love to see their minds at work when they are deciding what they want to create every day during choice time.
