This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My little learners are always so happy and eager to learn. Most of my students don’t like the breakfast menu offered by the district. This leads to hungry children during our morning routines. I want to continue to provide some kind of snack for them. They enjoy crackers, cookies, popcorn, gummies, fruit cups, juice, and anything else that is delicious. After our morning centers a snack is important to give them energy for recess, and a happy return to classroom activities.

A healthy body needs to recharged to be engaged, and ready to learn.

These snacks can help reduce stress and fill an empty stomach. My students work hard and these resources can help them feel better. I am requesting a basic necessity and your kindness is appreciated.
