This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

This project: Preschool SDC /Autism students Social Emotional Resources for Effective Communication is an essential support for my 24 students. Most of them have challenges to express verbally.

As young children (3-4 years old) they are learning to understand how to identify their feelings and emotions and why they feel frustration when adults cannot understand what happen to them because their limited language.

Our students will know how to express their feelings by using social-emotional activities that helped them to communicate effectively. When children can express their needs and feelings they are not frustrated anymore.

The Social-Emotional cards exchange help the kids to practice and use in the classroom to communicate with confidence.
