This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The use of Play-dough mats will hep my students with their motor skills and practicing recognizing letters in their name. Beads and stickers help my students put their motor skills in action, which will help them prepare for writing in the future!

COVID-19 has impacted my students academically and social-emotionally, this is their first time using art supplies and drawing a simple picture.

All of my students were two years old when the pandemic happen. This is their first time socializing with other kids and teachers in 3 years.
