Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

We are hoping to get the supplies we need to help engage our youngest learners. First, we need memory games to help the students learn how to take turns, improve their visual memory skills, incorporate new vocabulary, and create opportunities to have meaningful conversations with their teachers and friends. Second, we would love to get an ample number of stickers to engage the students in fun fine motor activities. Every time they try to pinch and peel a sticker to add to their artwork, they work the tiniest muscles in their hands and strengthen their fingers for writing and so many other activities.

The students can create, learn, and play every day with these materials to improve in so many different areas of their development.

We are looking forward to completing this project!
