My Project

These items will enhance our block center by adding hollow blocks and ramp making materials as well as add elements of real life with the road and cars.

Our class loves to play in the block center!

Block play encourages children to build science, math, fine motor skills, gross motor skills and social/emotional skills through block play. During block play, children will take turns, share materials and cooperate with others, forging new friendships. Block play also encourages self-reliance, increases attention span and develops sense of self.

My students are 4-5 years old and learn best through play!
