Help me give my students materials to explore art and creativity! Preschool children learn from exploration through hands-on materials they can paint, mold, and write with.

My Project

The paint, Playdoh, craft supplies, and whiteboards will offer the preschool children a variety of materials to use to explore at their developmental level. These open-ended materials will give the children opportunities to use their fine motor skills to write, draw, paint, or mold something.

Goals for this project include encouraging children to plan a project and create it using the materials provided.

This will give children the opportunity to use a variety of language skills including complex sentences and vocabulary. For the preschool children that are ready to begin writing, we will encourage the children to write their own words about their creations.
