Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The school year isn't over yet, but while we're focused on finishing off the year strong, we also plan ahead and want a strong start to next school year.

As most teachers are aware, we use a lot of supplies throughout the school year, many of which are items that have a short lifespan.

Supplies like glue sticks, wood pencils, notebooks, even printer get used up quickly when we work in interactive notebooks and have in-class projects which make students use up these supplies frequently.

Teaching is a learning process, and as I am working on refining my subject, having access to the gift cards allows me to access new and innovative curriculum, and be more open to trying new things as a teacher.

Other supplies like scissors would help me have a full class-set. The pencil sharpener is high-capacity AND sharpens colored pencils, allowing students to get multiple uses out of it.
