This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students and I have recently moved into a new classroom. As part of an education for adult and daily living skills, I would like to be able help teach my students how to cook. I'm looking forward to being able to teach my students how to prepare one pot meals and heat up frozen foods.

These prep tables will give my students countertop space to practice cutting and cooking foods.

These tables can be easily sanitized between uses. All of these important skills will allow my students to safely prepare their own simple meals at home.
