Preparing for Virtual Learning

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My classroom was affected by the Coronavirus pandemic when we were no longer allowed to enter the building. My students and I left for Spring Break and never returned to our regular school setting. Students did not have basic materials at home to use due to most of our population being at or below the poverty line.

My Project

I will utilize these material during virtual learning with my students with special needs. These materials will make a difference because students will be able to interact with them virtually. The alphabots and the Alpha Mystery Box, will be a fun way to engage students while learning vocabulary and the alphabet. The Numberbots and Find the number will be a great way to practice number identification virtually.
