Preparing for the 2018 School Year!

My students need a classroom pencil sharpener, glue sticks, hall passes, and a dispenser for pencils to start off the school year organized.

My Students

As a teacher, in a low-income/high poverty school district, my students are faced with several challenges, both in and out of the classroom.

My students are an amazing group of 3rd graders that are eager to learn and explore.

They are living a growth-mindset philosophy, embracing the new learning experiences and challenges, and are ready to stretch and grow their brain muscle. Children are like sponges, ready to soak up everything. It is my pleasure and duty to help shape their precious minds to love learning and be successful.

My Project

As I clean and organize the classroom, there are a few missing items that students are still needing for a successful school year.

Pencils are used on a daily basis, students need a heavy duty pencil sharpener to prepare for daily task.

The pencil dispenser will help to keep sharpened pencils visible and accessible for student use.

Hall passes and glue students are items that students use on a daily basis. With daily use, these items get worn easily and often do not last for the entire school year. Students will also need hall passes to be able to travel throughout the hallways to places such as the restroom, library, and office.

With your donation, students will be able to start their school year off well prepared.
