Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Every year, my students come to me bright-eyed and we start learning about each other and the world around us. The classroom hasn’t been the same since we have been full remote since September. During virtual learning, we do many fun, engaging activities online. Teachers Pay Teachers offers numerous digital activities that my students could use. I could present these digital activities during While Group, Small Group and STREAM. Having TPT gift cards would be great extremely beneficial! All of my students are eligible to receive free lunch and breakfast.

This is the first year of schooling for many of my students, and it is wonderful to see their progression between September and June.

There are many challenges ahead of us in this school year but we can do it together. My students are full of excitement and love to see their teachers and friends on Google Meet!

My Project

Purchasing TPT digital activities will help me create an exciting digital platform for my students to learn. Creating google slides takes tremendous time. Having these gift cards would give me more time to devote to my students. They love engaging activities and are able to do these activities together as a class and individually. Being remote for almost a year has been difficult for my students. Acquiring these gift cards would help me tremendously. I want my students to thrive and enjoy being online, and this would make a huge difference!
