My Project
My students are deeply curious and full of energy when given opportunities to explore concepts through interactive and hands-on activities. This project allows them to connect scientific theories to real-world ecological systems, fostering a love for learning and critical thinking. Watching them collaborate and draw connections between their observations and broader ecological principles is one of the most rewarding aspects of teaching them.
With these resources, students can dive into an authentic learning experience that simulates real-world scenarios.
The plastic habitats and models will allow them to build realistic ecosystems, while the tools like tweezers and flashlights will help them simulate and analyze predation. These items make abstract concepts tangible, enabling students to actively engage with the material, which leads to deeper comprehension and retention.
