This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
This project is requesting specific lab equipment that add levels of accuracy and precision students can use to get real like quantifiable data they can tie with what we are learning in our courses. The pipet bulbs allow students to use volumetric pipets and measure the volume of liquids at tenths of a milliliters.
Using the pipets and bulbs gives students practice with tools commonly used at the University and professional, high accuracy, level.
Students practical use of the correct tools further cements the concepts they are learning in class while giving them practical experience with lab techniques that can be useful for the rest of their lives.
