This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

This year all of my students (Pre-K through 6th grade) have been extremely engaged and successful while using markers, glue, and water colors. We have completely ran out of almost all of those supplies. We would love to continue our artistic success and have the ability to make watercolor paintings, pop art , neurographic art, holiday projects, ect. In addition, we would be grateful to have the resources to conduct a unit on ceramics. I know that many of the students at my school have never had the opportunity to use clay. With these materials my students will be able to strengthen their artistic abilities which in return increases their academic success.
