Pre-K Sensory Friendly Learning

My Project

I designed this list with the overall needs of my students. In this day and age, most children rely on technology, as most of us adults do. However, I intend to use the devices to enhance their academic lives, since most of them are already familiar with using them for entertainment.

Although my student's needs vary per individual, one thing is common among them.

They all require some kind of sensory regulation. Therefore, I included several items to assist my students with their sensory needs. These items are designed to redirect any overstimulation experiences they may be having and offer an alternative. Once my students are taught to use the sensory tools, they will become more successful students overall.

My goal as a teacher is to meet my students at whatever level they're on and build upon their strengths while meeting their needs. Thank you in advance for helping me to achieve my goal!
